Scott and Georgianna Noel. How to describe us?
Maybe I should start with me and let Scott describe himself. I wouldn't want to do him an injustice.
So, who is this Georgianna?
My husband jokingly calls me an African-American because I grew up in Africa, although I am Texas-born, and have spent my adult life learning the ways of The Lone Star State.
I am a jack-of-all-trades...dance degree, French degree, Linguistics MA. I choreograph, I sing at church, I help my husband run our non-profit, The Galileo School.
The most recent addition to my resume is Mom. We are adopting two girls, ages 5 and 3. They have lived with us since October 1, and the adoption will be finalized in court in early April.
I love to read. I'm addicted to British television programs. I sing in the shower.
I know I can't fix the world, but I am compelled to do my small part to make it a better place.
I don't know much, but I know God is good. And the rest is mystery.
